Pilot
East Hollywood Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) driving examiner Colette pines for her coworker Noa while enduring teasing from colleagues Gregg, Vic and Ceci. Also, new manager Barb rallies the crew to save their branch from government shutdown.

Stay in Your Lane
When the insanity at the DMV causes a new hire to quit, Colette worries Noa will follow and tries to make things better despite colleague Gregg’s advice. Meanwhile, employees and customers struggle through a sweltering L.A. day with a barely functional air conditioner.

Easy Pass
Colette is tasked with giving Noa his driving test and Ceci helps Barb get camera-ready for her new manager portrait.

Don't Kill The Job
When Colette runs into an old friend at the DMV, she pretends to be a fellow customer rather than an employee in order to save face.

Stick Shift
When Ceci accuses Colette of only being kind for the credit, Colette anonymously gives Noa the perfect gift.

Blindspot
Colette is crushed to learn that Noa is dating someone; Barb tries to find out who is defacing DMV property with childishly inappropriate drawings.

There is No I in DMV
Barb takes the team on a field trip to the rival North Hollywood branch to learn the secrets of their success; Barb begins to doubt herself after meeting their charismatic manager, Beau.

Splash Fountain
Colette's effort to redirect holiday plans takes an unexpected turn when it lands her trapped in a car. Meanwhile, a surprising new friendship stirs up jealousy among the team.

The Next Window
At the Big Sac holiday party, Colette tries to impress Noa before his single "window" closes. Meanwhile, Barb's effort to save the East Hollywood DMV backfires when she accidentally tackles the director, but assistant Sally (Leslie Jones) steps in to help.

Hot Gurlz
Colette goes on a date with Ceci’s cousin Miguel (Eddie Ramos) and discovers he may be the key to Ceci’s heart. Meanwhile, Barb finds out about Greg’s lawsuit against the DMV while Vic helps Noa deal with rude customer Brent (Mark Feuerstein).

Power Shift
Barb leaves Ceci in charge, but when Ceci improves the DMV, Barb sabotages the progress and injures her “good foot.” Meanwhile, Colette pushes back against Vic’s outdated views by challenging him to a game of basketball against former pro basketball player Renee Montgomery.

The Fourth Wheel
The DMV welcomes a new driving examiner, and Colette's excitement fades when she realizes Robin (Anna Camp) may be trying to push her out. Meanwhile, Noa helps Ceci manage her toxic relationship with Brent.

Test Drive
During Teen Outreach Day at the DMV, Colette pushes Gregg to mentor a disengaged teen. Meanwhile, Vic suspects one of the students may be his biological son, and Barb’s attempt to film a promo with Ceci spirals into chaos.
Payday
While the DMV crew awaits payday, everyone scrambles for side gigs. Meanwhile, Colette and Ceci attempt to pull Barb out of a pyramid scheme that quickly proves more alluring than any of them anticipated.
Gilbert
Colette and Gregg convince Vic to foster a dog and help him clean up his act to meet the dog rescuer Howie’s (Thomas Lennon) high standards. Meanwhile, Ceci tries to repay Barb by boosting Noa’s processing time, mainly by toning down his hotness.
